Yellow mustard (soaked in 1 tbsp. water or vinegar) <br />2 tbsp. Dill leaves, chopped <br />4 English cucumbers, finely chopped <br />1 small onion, finely chopped <br />1 red chilli, seeded and finely chopped <br />½ cup White vinegar <br />¼ cup sugar <br />1 tsp. Salt <br />2 tsp. Flour (stirred into 2 tsp water) <br /> <br />Method:- <br />- In a bowl mix the cucumbers with salt and keep aside for 30 minutes and drain out all the water. <br />- In a pan add the cucumber, onion, dill leaves and turn on the flame. <br />- Now add sugar, yellow mustard, white vinegar and wheat flour. Mix and cook on a medium flame for 8-10 minutes. <br />- In a griddled pan, heat oil and grill the sausages in it. <br />- Slit the hot dog buns in the middle.
